Buying a Home – Viewing Homes
Searching for your new home can be an exciting prospect but daunting as well when you consider all the options available. Regardless of how you are first exposed to a property - online, in a newspaper ad, by direct mail, during a chance drive by or at the recommendation of your sales agent, you will want to see it in person and request more in depth information about the property. Additionally, I often receive word of properties that may be coming on the market in advance of the larger real estate community giving you a distinct advantage.
As much as possible, you should refer to your sales agent for their expertise with these activities. As an impartial third party, your sales agent can help to make sure that your needs and goals remain in focus during what can become an emotional time.
